I am married to Scott, and we have 3 sons - Matthew, Ben and Jack.
We enjoy spending time camping and hiking as a family, as well as spending time with our large extended family.
I have taught Pre=K for OPS since 2000-2001, all of them at Lothrop.

I have my masters degree in Early Childhood Education.

I believe that children learn best through play. We spend the majority of our day in free play. That play is structured to meet social and academic goals! My goal is for children to leave my classroom prepared for Kindergarten with play skills, social skills and pre-academic skills.

If I were to ever change specialties, I would be a science teacher or a wildlife biologist!
I love science, animals and nature. The strangest pet I have ever owned was a hedgehog!
